Main opposition welcomes Patil's resignation

Home Minister Shivraj Patil submitted his resignation over the attacks in Mumbai on Sunday. While India's main opposition Bharatiya Janata Party welcomes the move and accuses Congress of collective culpable negligence.Rajiv Pratap Rudy, spokesperson of BJP said that the resignation has come little too late.He also said that United Progressive Alliance government has no right to remain in power.
