Mamata cancels all meetings in Delhi, to return to Kolkata

West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee has cancelled her meeting with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh finance minister P Chidambaram due to ill health. She is returning back to Kolkata in the afternoon.
