Manmohan Singh arrives for climate summit in Copenhagen

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh arrived in Copenhagen on Thursday for the crucial talks amid a ray of hope for a political statement on combating global climate change. Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao, India's Special Envoy on Climate Change Shyam Saran and key officials of the Prime Minister's Office accompanied the Prime Minister.
