Mayawati blames Congress for land acquisition row

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati on Sunday blamed Congress party for unrest relating to land acquisition all over the country. While addressing a mass-rally in Bhopal, she said that her party would press for a national Land Acquisition Policy during the ensuing monsoon session of parliament. Mayawati added that the opposition parties in Uttar Pradesh, including Congress and BJP have been amplifying issues to destabilise her government.
