Media sensationalised border issue: Wen Jiabao

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao on Friday in New Delhi said that the media exaggerated the boundary issue between India and China. Speaking at an interaction with Indian journalists and artists, Wen stressed that the media should play a more constructive role in enhancing friendly ties between both countries. In recent months, Indian media carried headlines about the Chinese army's incursions across the border. This led to a diplomatic spat between the two countries.
