Minister appeals the truckers to call off strike

Transport Minister T R Balu on Saturday had a meeting with the representatives of the All India Federation of Goods Vehicle Owner Association. In the meeting he expressed government's readiness to negotiate with truck operators who have been on a strike since Monday. Transport minister said that the truck operators have assured him full cooperation.
