Corporate Affairs Minister Murli Deora on Tuesday said he would meet the industry professionals next week to finalise the revised draft of the Companies Bill 2009, which seeks to replace the over 50-year-old Act. While addressing a conference in New Delhi, Deora said that the unlisted companies would not require ministry approval for fixing the salaries of top brass of the companies.
