More security forces for Orissa during polls: Chidambaram

Palaniappan Chidambaram, India's Home Minister promised additional security forces to Orissa for peaceful conduct of the ensuing polls to the Lok Sabha, in the state. He said this after reviewing the prevailing security scenario in the State for which he held discussions with the Chief Minister of Orissa and top brass of the police force at Bhubaneswar. Later, Chidambaram in the course of his visit to Bangalore in Karnataka met top army and police officials regarding internal security in the IT capital.
