Muzaffarnagar: Governor blames UP Govt for violence

Even as Governor B L Joshi reportedly blamed Akhilesh Yadav led state government for the Muzaffarnagar communal violence saying that the UP government had "failed to preserve communal harmony in the state.", BJP on Monday demanded President Rule in the state.
