Elaborating on the letter written to him yesterday by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh over the NCTC row, Odisha chief minister Naveen Patnaik today said that the Prime Minister has assured him that the Chief Ministers, who had written to him opposing the formation of NCTC, would be consulted.
