Need to take precautions for future tragedies: CBI

Under fire for a weak prosecution in the 1984 Bhopal gas tragedy case, Ashwani Kumar, Director of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), on Sunday said that steps are needed to be chalked out to avert any investigation lapses in such tragedies in future.
