New Railway Minister spells out her vision

India's new Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee in New Delhi said on Saturday that as far as the Railway Ministry was concerned she would like to strike a balance between commercial gains and the human aspect of it. Mamata was sworn-in as a Cabinet Minister along with eighteen other Ministers in the Prime Minister's Council of Ministers on Friday and has been allocated Railways Ministry of which she will soon take charge.
