No class 10 board exams in CBSE from 2011: Sibal

Addressing a press conference in New Delhi on Monday, Human Resource Development Minister Kapil Sibal declared that from the academic year of 2011-12, there would be no Board Examinations for the tenth standard students of all the schools, which are affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education.
