North India reels under cold wave, 30 dead

Cold wave continues to have North India in its grip with the death toll rising to 30, as temperature has dropped drastically in many areas. Locals in national capital New Delhi shivered as the mercury dipped further, with chilly winds blowing and clouds completely hiding the sun in the city. The minimum temperature has touched as low as 3.7 degree Celsius in the capital and a people have no option but to sit around bonfires to warm themselves.
