Odisha govt advises Maoists to file bail pleas

The Odisha government has asked the Maoists to file bail petitions for the 23 Maoists in the concerned courts who would be released in exchange of BJD MLA Jina Hikaka and Italian tourist operator Paolo Bosusco.
