Pak withdraws objection to hydropower projects in India

Pakistan's Indus Water Commissioner Syed Jamaat Ali Shah in New Delhi on Tuesday said that Pakistan has no opposition to Uri-II and Chutak hydel power projects in Indian Kashmir. Further he noted that Pakistani officials have never accused India of 'stealing water' but added the Indian track record in this regard is doubtful.
