Pakistan must decide whether it wants to speak to India or separatists: Arun Jaitley

Defence Minister Arun Jaitley stated that Pakistan should draw a red line whether it wants to initiate dialogue with India or talk to those who wish to break India. Speaking at the World Economic Forum in New Delhi, Jaitley said Pakistan should make a conscious choice for a meaningful dialogue between the two countries.
