Parliament adjourned for second day

Both the houses of parliament were adjourned on Wednesday on the 2nd consecutive day of the winter session, as the government came under a scathing attack from the opposition, over the issue of price rise, black money and Telangana. The commotion started as soon as the two houses assembled for question hour at 11 am. Amidst the din, both Lok Sabha speaker Meira Kumar and Rajya Sabha chairman Hamid Ansari adjourned the two respective houses till 12 noon. However, with the chaos continuing when the two houses reassembled, both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha were adjourned for the day.
