PDP expresses concern over Kashmiri militant Liaqat’s arrest

The regional People's Democratic Party (PDP) of Kashmir expressed its concerns over the case of the arrest of the alleged Kashmiri militant Liaqat Ali Shah on Sunday. Delhi Police and the Kashmir authorities have cited conflicting versions over the arrest of Liaqat.
