PDP MLA Ashraf Mir fires AK-47 to celebrate victory over Omar Abdullah

People's Democratic Party MLA Ashraf Mir fired celebratory shots by an AK47 rifle after defeating former chief minister Omar Abdullah from Sonawar the assembly seat recently. The incident took place outside his residence while his supporters were cheering him on for winning the election. Mir has earned the tag of Kashmir's giant killer after defeating Omar by over 4000 votes. However, it is not confirmed whether the AK47 belonged to him to him or to his security officer.
