Pervasive corruption tarnishing country's image: PM

Addressing the two-day 17th biennial conference of the Central Bureau of Investigation and state Anti-Corruption Bureaus in New Delhi,Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said on Wednesday that pervasive corruption is tarnishing the country's image and is discouraging investors.
