PM pitches for smooth functioning of Budget Session

Ahead of the budget session that commences from Febraury 21, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Wednesday said that he was hopeful of having a constructive session in the Parliament. Addressing the media after an All-Party Meet in New Delhi, that saw the attendance of Congress top brass, as well as senior leaders from key opposition parties, Singh said he hoped all parties will cooperate to ensure smooth functioning of the budget session.
