PM unveils new science policy in Kolkata

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Thursday announced the new Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) Policy at the 100th Indian Science Congress in Kolkata, laying the roadmap for use of science, research and innovation to shape the future of an aspiring nation.
