Pokhriyal welcomed as Uttarakhand CM

Residents of Dehradun, on Thursday welcomed state chief minister-elect Ramesh Pokhriyal with flowers and garlands. Pokhriyal said the date for swearing-in would be decided in a day or two. Pokhriyal later accompanied outgoing chief Bhuwan Chandra Khanduri to the state Governor BL Joshi's residence in Nainital as Khanduri formally submitted his resignation.
