Police nab militant in Tamil Nadu

Police in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, have arrested 39-year-old Sheikh Abdul Gafur and seized 21 items, including time devices, battery cells, IEDs and two plastic containers, which were to be used to make bombs.
