'Poor governance' responsible for crimes against women: justice Verma

Former chief justice of India, Jagdish Sharan Verma said that poor governance is responsible for incidents of crime against women. The central government had constituted a three-member committee, headed by Verma, to suggest amendment in laws to provide speedy justice and tougher laws for crimes against women.
