Post offices selling air tickets

Post offices normally sell postal stamps, inland letters and postcards. But ever thought of post offices booking tickets for you? For the first time ever, post offices in Tamil Nadu have begun selling air tickets. The Tamil Nadu postal department has entered into a joint venture with a private ticketing service to provide this facility. 37 post offices have been involved in this pilot project.
