Poverty forces youngsters to be Maoists: Maoist commander

Paramjit, a Maoist commander in Bihar has stated that poverty is forcing the poor to turn to Maoists. He added that until India's government becomes pro-poor they will continue their fight against the state. Paramjit also claimed that Maoists are fighting for the rights of poor farmers and landless labourers and in turn the rural people give their support to the cause of rebels.
