Pranab for troika dialogue in China

The troika dialogue between China, India and Russia has begun in the Harbin Province on Wednesday with Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi hosting a luncheon for all the delegates. External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee, who is on a three-day visit to China said that the troika is aimed at discussing a strategy to promote integration between the Asian countries.
