Prez didn't reject ordinance, credit is Rahul's: Cong

After BJP Senior leader LK Advani posted a blog titled "It's Pranab Da, not Rahul, who saved the situation", Congress leader Jagdambika Pal said that the President didn't disapprove the Ordinance on convicted politicians, but Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi should be credited for the same.
