Prof. Yashpal proposals in higher education: Sibal

The recommendations proposed by the Prof. Yashpal Committee on Renovation and Rejuvenation of Higher Education would be implemented by the UPA-ruled government of India. This was disclosed by Kapil Sibal, Union Minister of Human Resources Development in New Delhi on Wednesday.
