Punjab Govt assures speedy probe of battered African student

Punjab Deputy chief minister Sukhbir Singh Badal has assured a speedy probe into the case of a 24-year-old African national Yannick Nihangaza who is battling for life at Columbia Asia Hospital in Patiala.
