Rahul should become PM, says Digvijaya Singh

Congress General Secretary Digvijay Singh has said Rahul Gandhi has never refused to be the Prime Ministerial candidate. He further added that if the Congress gets a majority or it is in a position to form the government, Rahul Gandhi should take the call.
