Rain provides respite from heat in capital

After a sweltering spell of heat wave, the monsoon finally seems to have hit Delhi. The drizzle, accompanied by light winds that hit the city last evening has brought huge respite to the people who were reeling under the severe temperature constantly soaring above 40 to 45 degrees.
