Rajapaksa visits Bihar's Mahabodhi Temple

Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa today visited the Buddhist holy shrine of the Mahabodhi Temple in Bihar, as part of his special pilgrimage visit to the country. Meanwhile in the national capital, MDMK chief Vaiko and his supporters were detained after they tried to march towards the Prime Minister's residence to protest Rajapaksa's visit.
