Global recession or not, car owners in Ludhiana dig deep into their pockets for fancy digits to adorn their number plates. Ludhiana's district transport authority recently introduced new series PB 10 K and PB 10 CL and the bidding for fancy numbers like 01, 001 went up by leaps and bounds.
