Ruchika's relatives flay former Haryana chief Chautala's claim

Relatives and close friends of Ruchika Girhotra, the teen-aged budding tennis player who committed suicide after being molested by police official SPS Rathore in Haryana rejected the claim of Om Prakash Chautala, former chief minister of the state that he didn't protect the accused who now has been sentenced to imprisonment after 19 years.
