Ruckus in Parliament as Advani calls govt 'illegitimate'

The first day of Monsoon session in the Parliament once again witnessed ruckus and adjournments after BJP leader LK Advani while initiating the debate on Assam violence called the UPA-2 govt 'illegitimate'.
