SC asks centre to repatriate mentally sick Pak prisoners

In a sensitive concern voiced by the Apex Court a bench headed by Justice RM Lodha has said that mentally unsound Pakistani nationals languishing in Indian jails even after completion of their sentences should be repatriated without delay, saying such detention has hurt the Court's sentiment.
