Second phase of polling begins in Manipur

The second phase of polling began in India's insurgency hit Manipur amid tight security. People in large numbers queued up in front of polling booths, well even before voting began at 7 am. The first phase of polling vote for the Outer Manipur constituency was held on April 16.
