With temperature in India's Northern Kashmir Valley dipping below normal this year, security forces are finding the sub-zero climes a major challenge in discharging their duties. But as always their sense of duty gets better of them. Recently, the minimum temperature in the valley was minus 4.8 degree Celsius. The meteorological department has predicted a further dip in temperatures in the days to come.
