Security in Ahmedabad steps up fearing terror attacks

In the wake of US terror suspect David Coleman Headley's arrest, authorities are stepping up security in Ahmedabad, one of the several places visited by Headley. The Gujarat government has directed hotels to take thumb impressions of all customers and keep copy of their identity cards. Security personnel have also been deployed to check vehicle movement in the city.
