Security men gun down a Maoist in Odisha

Armed security men in Odisha have gunned down one Maoist rebel in the forest areas of Keonjhar and Angul district of the state. A joint search and cordon was launched by the security forces, to target the hiding Maoists in the forest areas. Jaswant Jethwa, deputy inspector general (DIG), Keonjhar District, said three guns, three tiffin bombs, kitbags and Maoist literature were recovered.
