Sex racket busted, Tamil actress-model held

The Police on Sunday arrested a Tamil film actress, Caroline Mariyathasan, over charges of prostitution from a five-star hotel in Pune. Acting on a tip off, the police team arranged a decoy customer and marked currency notes to nab both Mariya along with her stepbrother Rajkumar. The police suspect that it was Mariya's stepfather who worked as her pimp. He is said to be absconding.
