Shibu Soren offers to step down

The clouds of political uncertainty looks to be clearing from Jharkhand state, as Chief Minister Shibu Soren has offered to step down. Soren who lost a key by election, offered to resign paving the way for Champai Soren, another stalwart of the regional outfit Jharkhand Mukti Morcha or JMM. Soren took over the reigns of Jharkhand in August last year.
