Should we blow trumpets on Cong's failures, asks BJP

Reacting to Congress's criticisms of Narendra Modi over his latest speech highlighting the despondent phase of the country, BJP vice president Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi on Sunday asked if they need to blow trumpets celebrating Congress' failures.
