Sibal does not deserve to be a minister: Anna

Slamming Human Resource Minister Kapil Sibal over the introduction of Lokpal Bill in Parliament, social activist Anna Hazare, on Friday said that he does not deserve to be a Minister. Hazare, whose hunger strike in April forced the government to begin drafting the bill with equal members from civil society, said that Sibal cheated him by forming a join committee against his team.
