SP to rethink on ties with Congress

India's Samajwadi Party on Sunday said it would rethink on its relationship with central ruling Congress party. SP general secretary Amar Singh said the party will have to be cautious on supporting the Congress again as it has appointed a former BJP leader Sudheendra Kulkarni in a railway ministry committee.
