States should check hoarding of food grains: Mukherjee

While addressing an interactive session in Kolkata on Thursday India's Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee suggested that the state governments must take measures to check hoarding of food grains and other essential items of mass consumption. He said that officials of the central ministry have impressed upon the state ministers to take steps in this regard.
