Stockmarkets confused ahead of Budget

The stockmarkets have been very confused just ahead of the union Budget 2013-14. A couple of weeks ago, they were calm and then came sudden volatility. For the past few years, the markets have more or less discounted the Budget treating as a side event. But this time around there is a lot of expectation that the Finance Minister will formulate a definite path ahead for reforms
